"bbq" Lamb

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 8 -10 boneless lamb loin chops
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons celery salt
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 -2 tablespoon onion flakes
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup vinegar

Recipe

  • 1 trim fat off lamb.
  • 2 cut into bite sized cubes.i always season my lamb with salt,pepper and garlic powder to taste.
  • 3 put celery salt,brown sugar,chili powder and onion flakes in a big ziploc baggie.
  • 4 add lamb.
  • 5 shake well to coat.
  • 6 in a casserole or oven proof dish add the soup and vinegar. stir.
  • 7 add contents of baggie to dish.
  • 8 stir.
  • 9 cover and bake 1 1/2 hours @350*.
  • 10 baking time is alot -- it was very cooked so check after 1 hour.
  • 11 serve over rice. enjoy!
