Sausage & Rice Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 12
- 2 lbs browned & drained lamb sausage (i use 1 hot & 1 mild)
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/3 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded american cheese (sometimes i use mild cheddar)
- 1 (3 ounce) can mushroom pieces, do not drain
- 1 (2 ounce) jar chopped pimiento, drained
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 2 cups cooked rice
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients together in a 9 x 13 pan.
- 2 bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes.
- 3 sprinkle with shredded cheese as soon as comes out of oven.
- 4 this is good served with a salad and french bread.
