Saucy Crock Pot Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 8 boneless lamb chops (1/2 inch thick)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, cook lamb chops in oil until lightly browned on each side.
- 2 sprinkle with salt and pepper and place in crockpot.
- 3 in a bowl, combine the soup, onion, ketchup and worcestershire sauce and pour over chops.
- 4 cover and cook on high for 4-5 hours or until meat juices run clear.
