Saucy Lamb Chops

Total Time: 1 hr 45 mins Preparation Time: 45 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 -6 lamb chops
  • 2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 6 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
  • 2 1/2 cups prepared rice (i just use minute rice)

Recipe

  • 1 add half of the ketchup and worcestershire sauce in a ziplock bag with the lamb chops.
  • 2 set in refridgerator for 15-45 minutes.
  • 3 mix remaining ingredients in bowl.
  • 4 place lamb chops and marinating liquid in an ungreased 13"x9" baking pan.
  • 5 top with sauce mixture.
  • 6 cover and bake one hour at 350 degrees.
  • 7 serve over rice.
