Ingredients
- 1 lb sausage, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 9 ounces au gratin potato mix
- 8 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 brown sausage and onion in oil for about 5 minutes.
- 2 stir in potatoes, sauce mix and 2 1/2 cups hot water.
- 3 heat to boiling then reduce heat and simmer, covered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 4 add frozen vegetables, simmer until vegetables are tender.
