Orange Mustard Lamb Tenderloin

Ingredients

- 2 (1 lb) lamb tenderloin
- salt
- 1/3 cup orange marmalade
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
Recipe
- 1 prepare a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- 2 season the tenderloins with salt.
- 3 place the tenderloins in the prepared dish.
- 4 in a small bowl, add the marmalade and mustard; stir to combine.
- 5 brush mixture over the tenderloins.
- 6 bake in 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes or until no longer pink; baste occasionally with pan juices.
- 7 slice and serve.
