Pig Candy

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb little smokies sausage
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • toothpick

Recipe

  • 1 preheat broiler.
  • 2 spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  • 3 cut bacon strips in half.
  • 4 wrap the little smokies with the halved bacon pieces and secure with toothpicks.
  • 5 place brown sugar in a shallow bowl or pie plate.
  • 6 drege smokies in brown sugar.
  • 7 place smoky/bacon bundles on greased broiler pan.
  • 8 sprinkle with remaining sugar.
  • 9 broil until bacon is done and sugar has caramelized.
  • 10 now, get ready to elbow everyone out of your way :).
