- 1 (1 ounce) envelope lipton onion soup mix
- 1/3 cup italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 4 lamb chops, 1 inch thick
- 1 egg, well beaten
Recipe
- 1 in a bowl combine soup mix and bread crumbs.
- 2 dip lamb chops in egg, then in bread crumb mixture, coating evenly.
- 3 on a baking sheet, bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until fully cooked.
