Quick Ginger Lamb

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/2 lb lamb tenderloin (cut into thin strips )
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/8-1/4 teaspoon ginger (ground)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 -1 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in large skillet over medium high heat.
  • 2 stir-fry lamb and garlic for 3 minutets.
  • 3 combine soy sauce, sugar, and ginger and add to skillet.
  • 4 reduce heat to medium.
  • 5 stir-fry for 3-4 minutes or until lamb is no longer pink.
  • 6 combine water and cornstarch until smooth, add to the skillet.
  • 7 bring to a boil and boil and stir for 2 minutes.
  • 8 serve over hot cooked rice .
