Ingredients

- 1 lb fresh green beans
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon onion, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/4 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
- salt and pepper, to taste
Recipe
- 1 cover and cook beans in a small amount of boiling water until just tender.
- 2 drain if necessary.
- 3 combine sour cream, onion, and garlic salt.
- 4 stir in bacon.
- 5 serve dressing over the beans.
