Lamb And Slaw Barbecue Buns

Ingredients

- 5 lbs lamb roast
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons splenda sugar substitute
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 16 buns, toasted
- 8 cups coleslaw
Recipe
- 1 place meat in slow cooker. in a small bowl, combine vinegar, sugar, salt, pepper. pour over meat.
- 2 cover and cook on low 10-12 hours.
- 3 transfer meat to cutting board, reserving liquid. cut meat off bones and coarsely chop. combine meat with reserved liquid.
- 4 serve meat on buns with coleslaw.
