Lamb Basting Sauce

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • lamb tenderloin (thawed if frozen) or boneless lamb chop (thawed if frozen)

Recipe

  • 1 in a small bowl, stir together sauce ingredients.
  • 2 chops: grill chops for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
  • 3 tenderloin: grill over medium high heat, turning and basting frequently for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reached 160.
