Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- lamb tenderloin (thawed if frozen) or boneless lamb chop (thawed if frozen)
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, stir together sauce ingredients.
- 2 chops: grill chops for approximately 8-10 minutes, turning and basting frequently with sauce.
- 3 tenderloin: grill over medium high heat, turning and basting frequently for 30-35 minutes or until internal temperature reached 160.
