Lamb Chops Hawaiian--ww 7 Points

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb chops, about 1 pound
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can beef broth, campbell's
  • 1/2 cup pineapple tidbits, drained
  • 1/4 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch

Recipe

  • 1 in skillet, brown chops; pour off fat.
  • 2 add remaining ingredients except the water and cornstarch.
  • 3 cover; simmer 45 minutes.
  • 4 stir now and then.
  • 5 mix 2 t. water and 1 t. cornstarch.
  • 6 stir into sauce, cooking and stirring until thickened.
