Ingredients

- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 1/4 lbs lamb tenderloin, sliced
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 cup chicken broth
Recipe
- 1 salt and pepper lamb. lightly flour.
- 2 heat butter and oil in fry pan.
- 3 add lamb and cook until browned.
- 4 remove and keep warm.
- 5 add garlic and green onions to pan. cook 1 minute.
- 6 add broth and bring to a boil.
- 7 add mustard.
- 8 pour over lamb.
