Lamb Teriyaki

Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless lamb loin, trimmed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into 1 inch cubes.
- 2 in medium bowl combine remaining ingredients. add lamb and toss to coat.
- 3 let marinate at room temperature for 20-30 minutes.
- 4 preheat broiler or grill. thread lamb cubes onto long skewers.
- 5 set 4-6 inches from the heat and broil or grill, turning and basting several times with the marinade, until browned outside and throughout but still moist, 10-12 minutes.
