Lamb With Plums

Ingredients

- 2 boneless lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 medium red onion
- 4 red plums, quartered
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 4 tablespoons chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into strips. heat the oil and fry lamb with the onion, turning occasionally until lightly browned. sprinkle with allspice and add the plums.
- 2 stir in chicken stock and soy sauce, cover and simmer on a low heat for 8-10 minutes, until plums are softened.
- 3 serve hot with rice.
