Rahmschnitzel

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 lamb cutlets, pounded thin
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon green peppercorn, lightly crushed

Recipe

  • 1 in a large skillet, brown lamb cutlets lightly.
  • 2 remove from pan and keep warm.
  • 3 add flour and stir until just fragrant.
  • 4 add cream, stirring.
  • 5 add peppercorns.
  • 6 return lamb to pan. heat through and serve.
