Ingredients

- 4 lamb cutlets, pounded thin
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon green peppercorn, lightly crushed
Recipe
- 1 in a large skillet, brown lamb cutlets lightly.
- 2 remove from pan and keep warm.
- 3 add flour and stir until just fragrant.
- 4 add cream, stirring.
- 5 add peppercorns.
- 6 return lamb to pan. heat through and serve.
