Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon dried rubbed sage
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (4 ounce) boneless center cut lamb chops (1/2-inch thick)
- 1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 4 cups sliced peeled granny smith apples
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- salt (dash)
Recipe
- 1 in a small bowl, combine the first 3 ingredients; sprinkle over lamb.
- 2 heat oil in a large nonstick skillet coated wtih cooking spray over medium heat.
- 3 add in lamb chops; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
- 4 remove lamb from pan; cover and keep warm.
- 5 melt butter in skillet over medium heat; add apple slices and remaining ingredients; cook 5 minutes, or until tender, stirring often.
- 6 serve apple mixture with lamb.
