Lamb Loins In Tarragon Sauce

Ingredients

- 1 lb lamb loin
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon brown mustard
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
- 1/3 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 cut lamb into serving size pieces.
- 2 sprinkle with salt and pepper, rub with mustard.
- 3 melt butter, and fry lamb chops. remove when dome.
- 4 stir beef broth and tarragon into the skillet.
- 5 add whipping cream, and salt and pepper to taste. return lamb chops and simmer until cooked through.
