Lamb Ribs

Total Time: 2 hrs 5 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs

Ingredients

  • 3 racks of baby-back lamb ribs
  • 1 -2 green peppers or 1 -2 red pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 tablespoons garlic
  • 1 teaspoon capers
  • 2 cups green olives
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • salt
  • black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 pre-heat the oven to 350 f.
  • 2 blend everything together till it reaches a paste like consistency.
  • 3 pour on top of the ribs.
  • 4 cover and let marinade for as long as possible (optional).
  • 5 cover with foil and bake for 2 hours at 350°f.
  • 6 cook the meat till tender
  • 7 uncover and brown on the top till a crust forms.
