Lamb Sausage Pie

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 1 lb lamb sausage
• 2 onions, chopped
• 2 tomatoes, sliced
• salt and pepper
• 2 lbs mashed potatoes
• butter

Recipe

• 1 place half the sausage meat into greased pie dish.
• 2 scatter onions over sausage meat.
• 3 add sliced tomatoes and top with the rest of the sausage meat.
• 4 season well.
• 5 mash potatoes thoroughly with butter and seasonings.
• 6 fork roughly over top of pie.
• 7 bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
