Lamb Skillet

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 boneless lamb chops, cubed
  • 2 small onions, diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 stalks celery, diced
  • 3 small potatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil water and cook 1 c rice.set aside.
  • 2 in fry pan warm up oil over med high heat. add lamb cubes and saute until light brown and cooked through. add diced vegetables.continue to saute.
  • 3 in med pot whisk the 1/2 c milk and 1 1/2 tbsp all purpose flour until no lumps. add salt and pepper and parmesan cheese and whisk until not lumpy, you may need to add more or less milk to make it like a gravy consistency.
  • 4 pour cheese mix over lamb chop and share over low for 20 mins or until lamb is completely cooked though.
  • 5 serve over rice and mix in until all ingredients are incorporated.
