Lamb Tenderloin W/ Mushroom Sauce

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet onion soup mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic, minced
  • 8 ounces portabella mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1/2 cup skim milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a large bowl, combine mayo, soup mix, and garlic.
  • 2 slice tenderloins diagonally into 1/2 inch slices.
  • 3 place lamb slice and mushroom slices into a bowl with the soup mixture and stir.
  • 4 pour into a large saute pan over medium high heat. cook 2-3 minutes per side until browned to your preference.
  • 5 stir in flour and cook 1-2 minutes.
  • 6 stir in milk and lower heat and cook 4-6 minutes on low until the sauce thickens.
  • 7 serve.
