- 1/2 cup apricot jam
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar or 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
Recipe
- 1 pat lamb dry.
- 2 combine jam, mustard, vinegar and worcestershire sauce.
- 3 coat lamb with glaze.
- 4 place lamb on rack set over foil-lined baking sheet.
- 5 roast in preheated 375°f oven for 40 to 50 minutes, or until cooked through (internal temperature about 160 f).
