- 6 lamb chops
- 11 ounces mandarin oranges, drained
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oil in skillet over medium high heat. brown lamb chops on both sides.
- 2 top with oranges, cloves, and pepper.
- 3 cover and cook for 10 minutes, or until meat juices run clear.
