Self Basting Ham Loaf

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1 1/2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 1/2 lbs ground cooked ham
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small yellow onion, chopped (optional)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper or 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice, partially drained
- 1/4 cup mustard (i use spicy brown)
Recipe
- 1 prehat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray a cooke sheet with cooking spray.
- 3 in a large bowl mix all of the loaf ingredients well.
- 4 shape into a loaf on cookie sheet.
- 5 bake@ 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
