Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 3/4 cup wine
Recipe
- 1 brown chops on both sides in oil.
- 2 remove from skillet.
- 3 drain oil.
- 4 add half the soup.
- 5 replace chops on top of soup.
- 6 mix rest of soup with wine and pour over chops.
- 7 simmer 20 minutes.
- 8 enjoy a glass of wine with dinner.
