Lamb Bbq Kabobs (pinchos De Cerdo Bbq)

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 lbs boston butt, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • wooden skewer

Recipe

  • 1 mix olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  • 2 mix seasoning with meat.
