Ingredients

- 3 lbs boston butt, cut into 1-inch cubes

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3/4 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1 onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

Recipe
- 1 mix olive oil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- 2 mix seasoning with meat.
