Lamb Chop & Potato Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 4 lamb chops
- 11 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 4 cups potatoes, sliced thin
- 1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- salt & pepper
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 brown lamb chops in oil.
- 3 mix together, mushroom soup, sour cream, water,
- 4 onion and parsley.
- 5 put a layer of potatoes in casserole. salt & pepper each layer of potatoes. pour mixture over potatoes. put another layer of potatoes.
- 6 pour more mixture.
- 7 put lamb chops on top of potatoes, cover and bake for 1 1/4 hours or until potatoes are done.
