Lamb With Orange Sauce

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- 8 slices cooked lamb (or leftover lamb roast)
Recipe
- 1 in a saucepan, combine cornstarch and orange juice until smooth. stir in the cranberry sauce and soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- 2 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. add lamb and heat through.
