Lamb With Orange Sauce

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 slices cooked lamb (or leftover lamb roast)

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, combine cornstarch and orange juice until smooth. stir in the cranberry sauce and soy sauce, salt and pepper.
  • 2 bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. add lamb and heat through.
