Ri Peach Lamb Ribs

Total Time: 7 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

Ingredients

  • wrack lamb ribs
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 whole peach, peach halves
  • 12 ounces cola
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 28 ounces barbecue sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix brown sugar & minced garlic - mix until jelly like.
  • 2 rub brown sugar & minced garlic jelly all over the ribs.
  • 3 put the ribs in the bottom of the crocker.
  • 4 add the rest of the ingredients - except for bbq sauce!
  • 5 cook in crocker on low for 5-6 hours.
  • 6 drain crocker of it's contents
  • 7 put ribs back in crocker.
  • 8 poor bbq sauce in crocker.
  • 9 continue cooking for 1 hour
  • 10 serve & enjoy!
