Lamb Normandy

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 6 lamb chops, 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
  • 1/4 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup apple, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • hot cooked noodles

Recipe

  • 1 in hot oil, brown lamb chops and onion for about 10 minutes. spoon off fat. stir in soup, apple juice, apple, celery and thyme.
  • 2 reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. serve over noodles.
