Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon oil
- 6 lamb chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup
- 1/4 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- hot cooked noodles
Recipe
- 1 in hot oil, brown lamb chops and onion for about 10 minutes. spoon off fat. stir in soup, apple juice, apple, celery and thyme.
- 2 reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. serve over noodles.
