Lamb Skillet Supper

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup cubed cooked lamb (about 2 lamb chops)
  • 1 cup cubed cooked potato
  • 1 cup frozen peas, thawed

Recipe

  • 1 in a skillet, saute onion in oil until tender.
  • 2 stir in soup, milk, worcestershire, salt and pepper; mix well.
  • 3 add lamb, potatoes and peas; heat through.
