- 4 lamb chops, 1 inch thick (about 2 pounds)
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1/3 cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 1/4 ounces dry onion soup mix
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400.
- 2 in small bowl, combine soup mix and bread crumbs.
- 3 dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture until evenly coated.
- 4 arrange in lightly greased 13 x 9 pan.
- 5 bake uncovered 20 minutes or until done, turning once.
