Onion -crusted Lamb Chops

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (1 ounce) envelope lipton recipe secrets onion soup mix
- 1/3 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 4 lamb chops, bone-in or 4 boneless lamb chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 -4 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon dried sage
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Recipe
- 1 mix together the sage, black pepper and garlic powder and rub on both sides of the lamb and let sit for 10-15 minutes.
- 2 combine the soup mix with the panko crumbs in a small bowl. brush both sides of chops with mustard, then evenly coat with soup mixture.
- 3 arrange chops on a roasting rack in a 13 x 9 inch baking or roasting dish. bake uncovered, turning once. bake 30 minutes or until chops are done.
