- 3 lbs lamb loin
- 8 bananas, peeled
- 2 onions, peeled and quartered
- 1/2 cup water
- seasoning
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 2 place lamb, onions, water and seasoning in a rosting pan.
- 3 roast about 35-40 minutes.
- 4 arrange bananas around the lamb and finish cooking, about 15 minutes.
- 5 serve.
