zinfandel barbeque sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 2 cups red zinfandel
  • 2 cups ketchup
  • 1 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
