Ingredients

- 5 lbs lamb shoulder
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon liquid smoke
Recipe
- 1 line roasting pan with foil going in both directions so that it is very nearly tight.
- 2 put lamb in pan.
- 3 combine the remaining ingredients and pour over lamb.
- 4 roast lamb in covered pan in a 325° oven for 3 to 4 hours.
- 5 shred and serve with roasting juices.
