Ingredients

- 2 lbs boneless leg of lamb
- 3 red onions
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green garlic sprouts
- 4 pieces tomatoes
- 4 pieces green chilies
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 50 g olive oil, for dressing
- 2 pieces lemons
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 2 teaspoons turmeric powder
Recipe
- 1 cut the meat in small cubes and either boil it or bake it in the oven add salt, termeric and oil before boiling.
- 2 when the meat is well cook drain excess water and keep in a cool place in a large bowl mix all the ingredients and add meat and mix it properly.
- 3 now it is ready to serve.
