Shadeko Mashu

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 lbs boneless leg of lamb
  • 3 red onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped green garlic sprouts
  • 4 pieces tomatoes
  • 4 pieces green chilies
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 50 g olive oil, for dressing
  • 2 pieces lemons
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 2 teaspoons turmeric powder

Recipe

  • 1 cut the meat in small cubes and either boil it or bake it in the oven add salt, termeric and oil before boiling.
  • 2 when the meat is well cook drain excess water and keep in a cool place in a large bowl mix all the ingredients and add meat and mix it properly.
  • 3 now it is ready to serve.
