Roast Lamb Tenderloin

Total Time: 9 hrs Preparation Time: 8 hrs 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1/2 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 lbs lamb tenderloin

Recipe

  • 1 combine first 6 ingredients, mixing well.
  • 2 add all remaining ingredients except lamb loin and combine thoroughly.
  • 3 spread marinade evenly over lamb loin and marinate in refrigerator for 8 hours.
  • 4 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 5 remove lamb loin from refrigerator and let come to room temperature.
  • 6 roast uncovered for 45 minutes.
  • 7 remove from oven and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • 8 carve into 1/4 inch slices.
