Ingredients
- Servings: 1
- 1 cup applesauce
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 bottle beer (i used labatt's blue which is a pilsener)
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients.
- 2 baste any roast lamb or chops with this sauce it's delicious.
- 3 heat remaining, add salt and pepper and serve on top of cooked meat.
