Roast Lamb Loin With Apple Rosemary Glaze ( Olive Garden )

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 lbs whole lamb loin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • salt and black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 t dried rosemary)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons cold water

Recipe

  • 1 for the lambloin:.
