Roast Lamb Loin With Apple Rosemary Glaze ( Olive Garden )

Ingredients

- 2 lbs whole lamb loin
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped (or 1 t dried rosemary)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons cold water
Recipe
- 1 for the lambloin:.
- 2 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 3 rub outside of lambloin with olive oil and sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper.
