Roast Lamb With Piri Piri

Total Time: 2 hrs 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 2 hrs 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 large red bell pepper (finely chopped )
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped )
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons piri-piri (or hot sauce )
  • 3 lbs lamb loin (tied for roasting)

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients except lamb in food processor and process to a paste. rub meat with paste and marinate overnight.
  • 2 place lamb in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes per pound.
  • 3 serve.
