- 1 large red bell pepper (finely chopped )
- 4 garlic cloves (finely chopped )
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 teaspoons piri-piri (or hot sauce )
- 3 lbs lamb loin (tied for roasting)
Recipe
- 1 place all ingredients except lamb in food processor and process to a paste. rub meat with paste and marinate overnight.
- 2 place lamb in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes per pound.
- 3 serve.
