Oven Barbecued Lamb Chops

Ingredients

• 8 lamb chops
• salt, to taste
• pepper, to taste
• garlic powder, to taste
• onion powder
• 1 cup ketchup
• 1 cup carbonated cola (soda, pop)
• 1/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed

Recipe

• 1 preheat oven to 350°f.
• 2 spray a shallow pan with cooking spray.
• 3 season chops with pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder.
• 4 place in pan leaving room between chops for sauce.
• 5 in a small bowl mix ketchup & cola.
• 6 pour over chops.
• 7 sprinkle with brown sugar.
• 8 bake 1 hour 10 minutes or until tender.
• 9 8 servings.
