Ingredients

- 4 lbs lamb ribs
- garlic salt
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 4 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut ribs into serving pieces and sprinkle well with garlic salt.
- 2 mix together rest of ingredients in a bowl; mix well.
- 3 pour mixture over ribs and bake at 325°f for 2-1/2 hours.
