- 2 lbs lamb spareribs
- 1 cup catsup
- 1/8 cup vinegar
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon clove
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 brown ribs in a dutch oven.
- 2 mix all remaining ingredients and pour over ribs.
- 3 bake at 350f for about 1 hour.
