Portuguese Lamb Loin

Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb tenderloin
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 cup onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1/3 cup dry wine
- 1/4 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
Recipe
- 1 season tenderloin with salt, pepper and paprika. saute lamb in butter until golden brown. add sliced onions and mushrooms. saute for a minute or two. add wine and rosemary. cover and cook over low heat for 45 to 60 minutes, or until done. add lemon juice and parsley just before serving.
