Ingredients

- 1 young opossum (about 3 pounds)
- salt
- pepper
- worcestershire sauce
- garlic salt
- water
- aluminum foil
- sweet potato
Recipe
- 1 skin and dress young possum, sprinkle with salt and pepper, worcestershire sauce and garlic salt and place into large stockpot or roasting pan.
- 2 preheat oven to 350°f.
- 3 put potatoes around possum and add 1 inch water.
- 4 completely cover pan with foil.
- 5 bake, covered, for 2 hours or till good and tender.
- 6 tastes like fresh lamb.
